December 20 Vespers & Compline

Sung the evening of Dec 19.  This service is a combo of Vespers and Compline.  I've uploaded the most unusual music that would be good to review: namely the Aposticha verses and the Canon.

Note the Aposticha uses a special melody ("O House of Ephratha"), you will see this used throughout the week.  I've included a video for an audio reference.  It alternates a cantor (probably me unless the reader is able to sing) singing the verses with the choir - we will do this every time we use this model melody during the week before the Nativity.

I've also included the Troparion and Kontakion of the Prefeast, and It Is Truly Meet (sung at the end of the service).
