This piece, which uses the same melody as the Second Antiphon, can be performed in numerous ways. One traditional way is "antiphonally" - in other words, using opposing voices. Two choirs would stand on opposite sides of the nave and alternate verses for the entire psalm. The sheet music that we use instead has the melody alternating between the soprano (top line) and bass (bottom line) parts. You can find it on page 24 in the SVS Green Book, but I couldn't find any publicly available versions.
To compensate for having a small choir, and to encourage more singing, we simply sing the melody line in unison. I have included an audio file for this unison line, but in the other recordings for soprano, alto, tenor and bass, I recorded them as written in the sheet music. Forgive my croaky voice as I am recovering from a cold.
I couldn't find any audio recordings of all four parts, but have included a YouTube link to one of the second antiphon simply to demonstrate the melodies.
Lyrics (Psalm 102):
Bless the Lord, O my soul. Blessed art Thou, O Lord.
Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me bless His holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.
Who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy.
Who satisfies you with good as long as you live, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The Lord works vindication and justice for the oppressed.
He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the people of Israel.
The Lord is compassionate and merciful, long suffering and of great goodness.
He will not always chide, nor will He keep His anger forever.
The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His Kingdom rules over all.
Bless the Lord, O you His angels, you mighty ones who do His word, hearkening to the voice of His word.
Bless the Lord, all His hosts, His ministers that do His will.
Bless the Lord, all His works, in all places of His dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Blessed art Thou, O Lord!
